Position held: President of the South – East Chapter, 2009 – onwards
The Young Entrepreneurs Association from the South-East Region of Romania (YEASER) was legally established in July 2010. The association is formed by young entrepreneurs from six counties of Romania: Galati, Braila, Buzau, Vrancea, Tulcea and Constanta. Our purpose is to better defend and promote the interests of young entrepreneurs, at every level of government. During times of economic and financial crises, it is necessary more than ever to propose and convince public officials enact economic and fiscal policies that would better address the problems that young entrepreneurs are
facing:
- the minimal tax
- the burdens to start a new businesses
- the access to funding
- business networking
- collaboration opportunities inside the country and abroad
The official launching of the organization was held in Galati, on November 25, 2010. The ceremony also marked the beginning of START YOU project, where YEASER is a partner. We are affiliated to the Young Entrepreneurs Association from Romania, which is a member of JEUNE (the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Europe).
In December 2010, the organization signed a partnership agreement with the Chamber of Commerce from Galati and organized a round table about the opportunities offered by the Enterprise Europe Network.
In April 2011, YEASER became a partner of SMART Development Center in the project “Labor Market from A to Z,” which is financed by the European Commission’s Operational Program for Human Resources.
